Tentative Agreement 2025

Dear GoJet Flight Attendants,

The votes have been tabulated and we have resoundingly approved the tentative agreement! 90% of those participating voted “yes” for ratification. With our vote today, we have locked in nearly 50 improvements in our new contract!

The new pay rates from June will now be a permanent basis for additional raises. Pay will now recognize longevity with additional compensation for Flight Attendants beyond Year 15. We have established a Minimum day, 100% pay and credit for Deadhead and Repositioning Pay, and an immediate increase to Per Diem rates. Our contract will only continue to improve over the duration of this contract with a trigger for future Boarding Pay and a pathway for Reserve Availability Periods (no more 24-hour reserve days!). 

We are incredibly grateful for your help and support throughout these negotiations. Without our solidarity, we could not have achieved such an improved contract. We look forward to implementing all of our improvements.
